If you want to see if there are any alpha/beta versions available, you will need to click 'View All' to see all available versions of the files, and then download any alpha or beta files you want from there. If you go to a repository such as Curseforge, you will find a link to Files that will show you a list of recent release versions of the game. These will turn to Release versions once the pre-patch (and then Shadowlands) goes live. With both a patch PTR and a Shadowlands beta, addon writers have been busy producing alpha and beta versions that will be compatible with the upcoming 9.0.1 and 9.0.2 releases. This doesn't always give a complete picture, since not all addon authors post their most recent versions to that repository, and even some addons with alpha/beta files for the desired version don't show up properly.
